Shipping & Delivery

How Long will my order take?

We will always aim to send your order to you as fast as possible. usually within 2-5 working days of the order and receipt of payment. However we do not always have certain products in stock, meaning that the order will be sent to the workshop to be made.

In the case of an “item not in stock” we will contact you by your preferred method (email or phone) to inform you of an estimated dispatch date (please leave a name and contact details when ordering).

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, we are a small workshop and every piece is made by hand with love and detail which can take time so be sure to let us know if you require the item sooner than later. (see “In a hurry?)

Note: if you are buying for a business please let us know by contacting us and be advised that any bulk orders will take longer to process.

In a hurry?

If you need your order urgently or if you want to check if we have the item in stock, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We will always aim to meet any urgency deadline without any further costing. However in certain circumstances an Urgency Fee may apply depending upon the item, but you will be notified before hand.

For any “special delivery” dates or any special delivery instructions please let us know by writing this in the comments section when entering delivery information in the checkout.

How will you deliver my items?

U.K. Deliveries

We use Royal Mail™ Special Delivery Guaranteed and Royal Mail™  Signed For 1st Class 

both services will require someone to sign for the package and we will provide you with a tracking I.D. so you can see where your order is.

Please ensure someone is able to receive the package and to check the package for any signs of signifiant damage or tampering before signing for it. In the event this happens please do not hesitate to contact us straight away and stating what your concern for the package is.

If a delivery attempt is made and there is no one to sign for the package the Royal Mail™ will leave a card notifying you of how to proceed in either a second attempt of delivery on the next working day or of how you are able to collect your package

Delivery to P.O boxes. is available from the Royal Mail™ however if there is an issue of being able to post your package we will contact you as soon as possible stating the problem and how an alternative solution can be found.


International Deliveries

For International destinations we use Royal Mail™ International Signed for. Delivery dates vary from country to country however the Royal Mail™ Estimate that deliveries to Europe will take 3-5 working days and for world wide addresses 5-7 days.

When your parcel is dispatched we will send you a tracking number and estimated date of arrival. As this service is signed for please ensure that someone is available to receive your package.

Usually the courier will attempt a second delivery the next working day if there is no one to sign for the package failing that they will leave a card notifying you how to proceed from then as to receive your package.


Notice:

For non-EU countries please have patients as delays may occur whilst your package travels through your countries Customs and Excise which means that we will not be liable for any delays or additional charges that are incurred for any duty, import taxes or costs this is decided by your government at the point of entry and is entirely out of our control.

For any customers who have difficult or remote areas of access please bear in mind that parcels may be delayed, but please inform us at time of purchase.


Delivery Disclaimer:

We will always try and despatch your order at the earliest date advised at time of the orders despatch date confirmation but please be aware that any delay by the Royal Mail™ is out of our control and would be advisable to allow for extra time to allow for your package if you need it by a specific delivery date.

How much does delivery cost?

Postage and Packaging charges

All Standard postage is FREE within the UK.

If you wish for special delivery or next day service please make sure to select the wanted shipping method at the checkout. Please be aware that there is an extra cost on these.

If your are trying to order multiples for retail please be aware that we offer a different postage rate as it will require special carriage for bulk goods. 

Free Delivery

All purchases for delivery within the UK qualify for free standard 1st class delivery.

Multiple orders usually require special carriage so if you are buying for retail we can offer part order dispatching at a discounted rate for orders worth over £500. for further details please do not hesitate to contact us.
